Diamond Oasis Cleaning provides move-in and move-out cleaning across the Las Vegas Valley and Henderson. The clean covers 46 tasks, adding cabinet interiors, pantry shelves and appliance interiors to a standard clean, and skipping the lived-in tasks — making beds, changing sheets — an empty home does not need.

Below: the full checklist, how the clean differs from a standard or deep clean, and answers to the questions customers ask most.

What a Move-In/Move-Out Clean Covers

A move-in/move-out clean is built for a property that is empty or nearly empty. The checklist runs to 46 tasks.

It adds seven things a standard clean does not include: cabinet interiors, pantry shelves, the interiors of the oven and refrigerator, cabinet exteriors, ceiling fans, air vents in every room, and the wall behind the trashcan.

It also leaves out what an empty home has no use for — making beds, changing sheets, dusting furniture and electronics, and vacuuming upholstery. Nothing is skipped to save effort; there is simply nothing there to clean.

Moving Out, or Moving In

Moving out, the clean is usually about the condition a landlord or buyer expects at handover. Cabinet interiors, appliance interiors and pantry shelves are exactly the places an inspection looks, and they are the tasks a standard clean does not include.

Moving in, it puts the property at a known baseline before anything is unpacked — while every cabinet and appliance is still empty and reachable.

Every cleaner is fully background-checked, licensed, bonded and insured. Cleaners bring their own supplies, and eco-friendly products are available on request. If you are not satisfied, tell us within 24 hours and we will schedule a return visit to re-clean the areas you were not happy with.

Move-In and Move-Out Cleaning Questions

What is included in a move-out clean?

A move-in/move-out clean covers 46 tasks. Alongside a standard clean it adds cabinet interiors, pantry shelves, oven and refrigerator interiors, cabinet exteriors, ceiling fans, air vents in every room, and the wall behind the trashcan.

How is it different from a deep clean?

Both go beyond a standard clean, but they target different things. A deep clean covers 53 tasks in a lived-in home. A move-in/move-out clean covers 46 and assumes the property is empty, so it adds cabinet interiors and pantry shelves while leaving out bed-making, sheet changes and furniture dusting.

Does the property need to be empty?

Empty or nearly empty is best. Cabinet interiors, pantry shelves and appliance interiors can only be cleaned properly once they have been cleared, and those are the tasks that distinguish this clean from a standard one.

How is the price worked out?

Price depends on three things: the type of clean, the square-footage tier of the property, and any add-ons requested. Bedroom and bathroom counts do not change it. There are no minimums, no trip fees and no tax, so the quoted figure is the figure paid.

Will this meet what a landlord expects at handover?

The checklist covers the areas inspections usually focus on — inside cabinets and appliances, pantry shelves, vents and fans. Specific requirements vary by landlord and lease, so mention anything particular when booking and it can be built into the job.

How long does the clean take?

Diamond Oasis Cleaning does not quote a fixed duration. Larger properties are assigned more cleaners rather than longer visits, so square footage does not translate into hours. The clean is finished when every task on the checklist is done.

Which areas are covered?

Service covers the Las Vegas Valley and Henderson across 98 ZIP codes — including Summerlin, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Paradise, Spring Valley, Enterprise and Sunrise Manor.

Do cleaners bring their own supplies?

Cleaners bring their own supplies and equipment to every job. Eco-friendly products are available on request — mention it when booking and they will be used throughout the clean.

What happens if the clean is not up to standard?

If you are not satisfied, tell us within 24 hours and we will schedule a return visit to re-clean the areas you were not happy with.
